During your workout, remain in a neutral gear and avoid shifting. Check to make sure you have the most up-to-date firmware for your trainer.
Depending on your trainer, these updates can typically be installed from the manufacturer's app.
Periodically perform a spindown calibration for your trainer. You should do a spindown at least once a month and always after updating trainer firmware.
Check that your trainer is paired with BLE or ANT+. If your problem is not solved after trying the steps above, you may send us an email.
