The training function is designed for you to perform more scientific exercises. Currently, there are five categories, each of which is designed with different courses. i) Fragmented time: fat-burning training in fragmented time; ii) Sweating without fatigue: low-intensity primary fat-burning courses; iii) metabolic rate enhancement: low- and medium-intensity training courses to preliminarily improve your cardiorespiratory endurance and basal metabolic rate. iv) Waist fat-burning: further enhance the fat burning effect by extending the time of medium intensity training. v) Working for firm abs: complete alternating high- and low-intensity training to enhance calorie consumption and achieve deep fat burning.
