PC: Make sure that your PC has enough hard-disk space.
Make sure that you are using the latest installer from onelap.com. Make sure that you are installing Onelap from the administrator account on your device. Set your browser to incognito or private mode. Try using another browser to download Onelap. Make sure that your Documents and Downloads folders are not on the network. Make sure that your Documents and Downloads folders are not used as backup/cloud folder. If you are using anti-virus software or a firewall, make sure that they are not blocking your device from accessing our servers. Windows: There are a couple Windows specific reasons Onelap might be crashing during install. If possible, try updating these things:
Users with a single character or special character username will not be able to install Onelap. Try changing your username if you're having problems.
Users with a Downloads or Documents folder location that is different from the default will not be able to install Onelap. Either change your file structure back to the default or use a different computer.
Users on non-administrator accounts will not be able to install Onelap. If you can, right-click the Setup file and Run as Administrator.
